Therapeutic Approach:

I am an integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

I hold a safe, calm and non-judgemental space for you to unravel, unpack and understand your life's journey.

Within the therapeutic journey, we clear space to build better, happier, calmer and more fulfilled lives.

I can support people struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, low self esteem, burnout, career change, grief, life changes, stress, and navigating life as a neurodivergent person.

I offer therapy in both English πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ and French πŸ‡«πŸ‡· .

What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) ?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented, evidence-based approach that can help people identify and challenge negative thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours. By promoting healthier thinking and coping strategies, CBT empowers people to manage anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges, fostering lasting positive change.

Why I Retrained As A Therapist:

I’m a former corporate consultant. Having lived and worked in multiple countries, by my late 20s, I burned out and started going to therapy myself.

Therapy helped me enormously during very challenging stages in life.

I fell in love with the process of self exploration and decided to retrain as a therapist.

It’s a privilege to now be qualified in this field and pass the gift forwards to support others.

β€œYou have made a big impact on my life for the better, and I thank you for that. You are a very good therapist. Keep doing what you are doing. ”
